At IRG Entertainment & Software, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which products can be returned. Please read it carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return most new, unopened items sold by IRG Entertainment & Software within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and original documentation included. The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Non-returnable items include:
- Software products (once opened or activated).

2. Return Timeframe
All returns must be initiated and the product shipped back to us within 15 days of the original delivery date. Returns requested or received beyond this period will not be accepted.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service: Email us at irgcomputer@gmail.com or call us at +91 9371672867 within the return timeframe. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send back the item. Do not send items back without an RMA number.
- Package the Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all original contents. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Item: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
4. Inspection and Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. This inspection process may take up to 8-10 days after receipt of the item.
- If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 days after approval.
- If the item is not eligible for return (e.g., damaged, missing parts, beyond timeframe), we will notify you and the item may be returned to you at your expense, or a partial refund/store credit may be offered at our discretion.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Upon inspection, we reserve the authority to approve or disapprove the exchange. Once approved, the replacement item will be delivered to the customer within 7 to 10 business days.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for such cases.
