At IRG Entertainment & Software, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for both products and services. Please read it carefully.
1. General Refund Conditions
Refunds are processed based on the type of purchase (product or service) and are subject to the conditions outlined below. All refunds are issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
2. Product Refunds
2.1 Eligibility for Product Refunds
For physical products (e.g., computer components, peripherals) purchased from IRG Entertainment & Software, a refund will be issued if the returned item meets the conditions of our Return Policy. This includes:
- The item is returned within **3 days** of delivery.
- The item is in new, unopened, and resalable condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation are included.
- The return has been authorized with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Non-refundable products include: Opened software, digital downloads, consumable items (once opened), custom-built items, and items damaged by the customer.
2.2 Product Refund Process
- Return Initiation: Follow the steps outlined in our Return Policy to initiate a return and obtain an RMA number.
- Inspection: Once the returned product is received, it will undergo an inspection to verify its condition and adherence to our return criteria. This inspection may take up to 8-10 business days.
- Refund Issuance: If the product passes inspection, the refund will be processed. You will receive a credit to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days after the refund is approved. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be issued for items not in their original condition, missing parts, or returned after the eligible timeframe, at our sole discretion.
3. Service Refunds
3.1 Eligibility for Service Refunds
Refunds for services (e.g., computer repair, IT support, consultations) are considered on a case-by-case basis and are generally issued under the following circumstances:
- Service Not Rendered: If a service appointment is cancelled by IRG Entertainment & Software, or if you cancel an appointment within the specified cancellation window 24 hours prior to service, a full refund for any pre-paid service fees will be issued.
- Unsatisfactory Service (within warranty): If a repair or service fails within its specified warranty period 15 days for repairs and we are unable to rectify the issue after reasonable attempts, a refund for the service portion may be considered.
- Incorrect Service Charged: If you were demonstrably charged for a service that was not performed or incorrectly billed.
Non-refundable services include: Diagnostic fees (once diagnostics are completed), services where the issue was resolved but re-emerged due to customer misuse, or services completed satisfactorily where the customer simply changes their mind after completion.
3.2 Service Refund Process

- Review and Investigation: Our team will review your request and may conduct an investigation, which could include follow-up questions or attempts to re-diagnose/rectify the issue.
- Refund Issuance: If your service refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days from the date of approval.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
